Email Conversion Date 2/05/2021

MGCC has converted to a new email system for tiki.net. This advanced state of the art program is faster, more secure and reliable than the previous service. You should check that your current email settings will work with the new system.To be sure, review the settings in your email program so that they match those below. You will need to change all references from mauigateway.com to tiki.net. You cannot use mauigateway.com with the new system.

Email Settings

Account Type	POP or IMAP (existing type can't be changed)
Email Address	youremail@tiki.net
Username	youremail@tiki.net (not just youremail)
Password	your email password
Incoming Server	mail.tiki.net
Outgoing Server	smtp.tiki.net
Authentication	PASSWORD (select the word from the menu)
Security	SSL (optional)

Do not use mauigateway.com for any server name

You can change the email settings any time after the conversion date of 2/05/2021. The change should be completed by 3/31/2021.

NOTE 1: The first time you check your email after the conversion date, all your current and old messages will be copied automatically to the new system. This may take a few minutes if you have hundreds of messages. However, you can start using the email immediately as the copying will be done in the background even after you close your email program.

NOTE: 2 Previously, tiki.net was only an alias for mauigateway.com. It will now be its own full domain. Emails sent out will show the from address as tiki.net. Messages sent to mauigateway.com will not be delivered to tiki.net email. You will not be able to use a mauigateway address. Contact us if you do not want to change.

NOTE: 3 You can change your email password at webmail.tiki.net. You can also set up an alternate email address send you a link if you lost your password. Click here for instructions.
